"The reconstruction of State Highway One across the Bombay Hills has been set back at least three weeks. A truck carrying a wide load crashed into one of the pillars supporting a bridge being built over the highway. The accident happened in the early hours of Wednesday last week when a steel frame being carried on a southbound truck stuck out too far and ripped a chunk out of the pillar.
