Aerial view of part of southern Ōtāhuhu, ca 1987. The intersection of Great South Road and Fairburn Street is at the bottom left. Other streets in view include Alexander Street, Nixon Road, Tamaki Avenue, Church Street, Pukeora Avenue and Ronaki Road. A stretch of the Tāmaki River is towards the upper right. (One of a series of aerial photographs taken for Wilsons Realty Ltd, Papatoetoe, during the summer of 1987-8. The names of roads and streets were hand-written on the original image.)
