Farm worker hosing down the holding yards in the new cowshed at Totara Park, Manurewa, 1952. This innovatively designed milking shed, built for businessman and landowner Charles Prevost, was the first cow shed or milking shed in New Zealand wholly constructed on the elevated-bail system.
