Keen hunter Mr Tom Ormiston of East Tamaki admires one of his trophy heads. Mr Ormiston (82) claims to have shot several thousand deer during 68 years as a deer stalker (he has recenlty given up deer stalking but still enjoys duck shooting). As many as 20 specimen heads of wild goats and deer adorn the walls of his Ormiston Road home, including Wapiti (pictured), Red Deer, Samba Deer, Fallow Chamois, Thar, Japanese Deer and Rusa.
