A painting of the first steam engine built in New Zealand. Historical note: "This loco was used from 1873 to 1886 to haul timber from Pararaha Mill and later from Karekau Mill to Whatipu wharf." (Source: Waitakere Kauri by John T. Diamond and Bruce W. Hayward (1980) p.20).
