View inside the flue to the Hoffmann kiln chimney during the demolition period of the pottery and brickworks known as Glenburn in St. Georges Road. Historical note: In 1929 the Glenburn Fireclay and Pottery Company Limited was sold to the Amalgamated Brick and Pipe Company. While the works was known on plans and to locals as 'Glenburn', it was officially known as No.3 Pottery, Amalgamated Brick & Pipe Company.
