Shoma Prasad talks about her childhood, growing up in Fiji, studying sociology, her interest in human rights and community development and her emigration to New Zealand. She describes her work for Auckland Regional Migrant Services, the services and support they offer immigrants and the philosophy and work of the WISE collective, supporting and empowering women from refugee backgrounds.
