This video was taken during the LEARNZ 'Harbours and Estuaries' virtual field trip in May 2014 to the Bay of Plenty. In this video we join Kutarere Marae Kaumatua Sol Manuel, students from Kutarere School and LEARNZ Teacher Andrew Penny to learn about preparing and preserving pipi.
