Column headings: "year" gives year of sample; "site" gives the location of the study site at Lake Alexandrina, New Zealand; "gender" gives male or female; "Microphallus" gives infection status: 1 = infected with Microphallus, 2 = not infected with Microphallus; "ploidy" gives reproductive strategy: sexual = diploid; asexual = triploid.
