View in full. Goal: The master plan shows the development of New Brighton in 100 years. The main goal of the plan was to redevelop New Brighton into a sustainable suburb and become a role model for other coastal suburbs by using transit orientated design (TOD). To achieve this goal there were 3 main specific objectives laid out from the start to help create a pathway for the master plan to be formed and for the direction of New Brighton’s re-development.. Project: Greyscapes.
