We're in Katikati this Turn Back Tuesday and we're seeing Dr Joe Burstein's old surgery building being moved from Park Road all the way to Whangamata back in 1981! Dr Joe was born in Vienna, Austria but came to Katikati in 1942. He was the town's only doctor for 36 years and looked after patients from as far away as Waihi and Matakana Island as well as those from Katikati.
