Description

Parade of RNZAF personnel during World War Two, probably in Christchurch, led by Philip Fowler, Commandant of the Air Training Corp for New Zealand.. Philip Fowler served as a pilot during World War One. During World War Two he was called up by the RNZAF and became Chief Ground Instructor, until rising to the position of Commandant of the Air Training Corp for New Zealand.
