Description

This is the first report template from Freyberg High School, dated 1955. The printers mark reads, "(SIMON)," and it is on lined paper. There are twenty-five subjects listed, with teachers recording the student's: marks percentage, class average, number of students in the class, and individual placement within this range. Attendance was noted and remarks made by the subject and form teachers. Finally the report was signed by the student's parent(s) and school principal.
