This image was taken for a story that ran in The Manawatu Evening Standard on 2 May, 1963. "Delivery was taken this morning of a new 1800 gallon milk tanker for the Palmerston North milk processing station. This is the first of a future fleet of similar vehicles for the conveyance of chilled milk from the sheds to the processing station.
