Description

University students make merry: frolics in annual processions at Auckland and Christchurch. Students' revels in Auckland: prominent personalities, both Dominion and overseas, were satirised in amusing burlesques staged by the students. Some of the floats bore references to local body controversies and political leaders. The views shown above are of floats referring to the recent visit of Count von Luckner and to the New Zealand Railways
