New Maori social hall opened at Mangahanea, Ruatoria, East Coast: colourful ceremony attracts many visitors. After the new hall had been declared open by the acting-Member of Native Affairs, the Honourable F. Langstone, over 1000 people partook of luncheon in the hall and in a temporary hall.
