During the COVID-19 Pandemic of 2020 many of the community put teddy bears and other soft toys in their windows. The idea was that families with small children could walk around their local area and look out for bears. Exercising in your local area was one of the few reasons people were allowed to leave their homes, apart from accessing groceries or other essential services.
