Pursuant to section 100 of the Senior Courts Act 2016, Her Excellency the Governor‑General of New Zealand, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, has been pleased to appoint The Honourable Susan Elizabeth Thomas, Judge of the High Court of New Zealand to be Chief High Court Judge, the commission to take effect on 1 June 2020. Dated at Wellington this 26th day of March 2020. Hon DAVID PARKER, Attorney-General.
