Foxton New World erect a gazebo to shelter waiting customers during the COVID-19 pandemic. During the nationwide alert level 4, starting 11.59pm 25 March 2000, all the population was required to stay at home. There were severe travel restrictions, with all educational facilities and non-essential businenesses closed.
