Letter from Sir Charles Ferguson, Governor General of New Zealand, on his visit to Palmerston North. Letter contains the signature of Sir Charles. General Sir Charles Ferguson (1865-1951) was a British Army officer and the third Governor General of New Zealand, from 1924 - 1930. ​
