Description

Students reading and studying in the school library at Kelston High School, West Auckland. Kelston High School, opened in 1954, was initially co-educational, but was split into Kelston Girls High' School and Kelston Boys' High School in 1963. People at front left table were Eleanor Young, Rosemary Gardner, and two others. Elsewhere in the photograph are Diane Haddon, and Charlie Mcphee. The teacher was Margaret Gaulton.
