Looking south along Great South Road, Otahuhu, towards the Otahuhu First World War Memorial and the Nixon Monument, at the intersection of Mangere Road and Great South Road. The Monument Travel Lodge is to the left. The two-storey building housing Rawlings Real Estate behind the two memorials was formerly the home of Dr Eric Roy Lange.
