Description

View through a sash window of workers renovating an old villa in Finlayson Avenue, Manurewa, in preparation for its reopening as Clendon Park Community House. (Clendon Park Community House, officially opened on 28 April 1979, was based in a substantial villa which had originally been built for the Potter family about 1910, bought by the Finlayson family in 1914, and bought by Sir Clutha McKenzie in 1927.)
