Looking south from Wellesley Street along the east side of Lorne Street towards Rutland Street, The Embassy Theatre Building and Spraggs Garage, left. Showing the buildings on the corner of Rutland Street to be demolished for the new Central City Library. Demolition began 10 May 1963.
