This image was taken for a story that ran in The Manawatu Evening Standard on 14 November, 1959. “Primary school children of the Saturday morning music class are pictured entertaining the parents of pupils at the Queen Elizabeth Technical College last night at their annual display of work. Other items on the evening programme included orchestra, band, and choir items, a mannequin parade and a gymnastic display.” Another photo associated with this article was published November, 1959.
