I certify that I attended Joseph William Pomeroy aged 19;  that I last saw him on the 2nd November 1911 and that he died on the same day at Hastings Private Hospital and that the cause of his death was simple meningitis following on Influenza followed by heart failure. Robert Nairn F.R.C.S. Hastings 14.11.12
