This badge promotes equal pay for women for work of equal value. In 1985, the clerical unions in New Zealand based their award campaign around the theme of equal pay for work of equal value. Badges were made to promote the campaign. The campaign also introduced the famous American cartoon of a young boy and girl looking inside their underpants captioned "Oh!
