Description

A soldier is looking over his shoulder at the Arch of the Philaeni, also known as the Marble Arch, after having just passed through it. There are other vehicles including military trucks near the arch which was located on the Via Balbia (Libyan Coastal Highway) on the border between Tripolitania and Cyrenaica.
