"This Guidance sets out the initial expectations of the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) for wānanga submitting proposed Investment Plans (Plans) in 2012 seeking funding approval from 2013. The Guidance should be considered alongside the Education (Proposed Investment Plans: Requirements, Content, Submission and Assessment) Notice 2013 at page 23, which gives our requirements for Plans as per the relevant provisions of the Education Act 1989"--Page 2.
