This study aimed to evaluate the effect of elastic tape compared to placebo tape and static stretching on recovery of anaerobic power after intensive exercise in untrained females. Thirty-two untrained female volunteers were randomized into an elastic tape (n= 11), a placebo tape (n = 11) or a stretching group (n =10).
