The present study examined the psychometric prope1iies of two relatively new measures of avoidant coping, the Young-Rygh Avoidance Inventory (YRAI; Young & Rygh, 1994) and the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire (AAQ; Hayes et al., 2002).
