Matt Watson knows pretty much anything you can think of about fishing. He's the host of the ITM Fishing Show where he makes it look easy to catch big game fish, and demonstrates how to use the best equipment for the job. He's also got a very strong activist streak and works hard to advocate for better management of fish stocks, especially that prized species, snapper. Matt's taking some time out from filming to be our fishing expert today.
