- Description
This is an Alfa-Laval tin separator oil can. A separator was used to skim milk, separating the milk and cream. Prior to a separator running for the first time, oil must be poured into the frame. Then, once a week the oil must be topped up. Once every six months the oil must be drained and replaced with fresh oil.
