This photo was taken at the 75th Jubilee of the Edendale School. The jubilee was held on the 10th, 11th, 12th of January 1953. The head master at the time of the reunion would have been Ernie Squires who was at the Edendale School from 1953 to 1965. The school was destroyed by fire during Mr Squires tenure on 29th October, 1961. Unfortunately there a no records in our care to tell the story of the school during this time.
