Description

A kahu huruhuru (feather cloak) with a candlewick kaupapa (foundation) to which there has been some loss and historic repairs. It has been decorated with purple/maroon, orange, and teal dyed fowl feathers, and has a maroon and blue-coloured wool border. The lower half of this cloak is more intact than the upper half, possibly a result of use wear.
