A kahu huruhuru (feather cloak) with a candlewick kaupapa (foundation) that is structurally sound and intact. The kahu huruhuru is covered in feathers in an overall checked pattern; the feathers are rooster, bantam, and other feathers that require identification, and there are 3-5 feathers in each space.
