Identified as "Ellen Silcock (nee Hill) and Elizabeth Flowerday". Photograph taken at Tyree Galleries, Trafalgar Street, Nelson. The child is wearing a distinctive striped cloak, which appears to be quilted. Ellen Silcock nee Hill was the child of Ann Ovens and Thomas Hill. Born in about 1850 she married George J. Silcock in 1872
