SS CEDARBANK (1924) alongside Western Wharf to discharge cased motor spirit and oils from Galveston, USA. A couple of two horse days are on the wharf. Foss Tackaberry was an engineer with the Auckland Harbour Board. He became the foreman of works on the waterfront. He retired mid 1960s but was re-hired to oversee the floating of the dredge HAPAI.
