Description

Image shows Maymorn Camp. Maymorn Camp was established in August 1915 to accommodate and train troops when it was necessary to reduce the number of troops at Trentham Camp, as the overcrowding had lead to an outbreak of sickness. The Camp was closed in February 1916 when Featherston Camp was opened. Please credit the Stephen Jones Collection when reusing the photograph.
