Refers to: the origin of his journey to Austria as sanctioned by Governor Browne at the suggestion of the Captain of the Novara, Commodore Bernhard von Wüllerstorf-Urbair, with one purpose of seeing the King [Emperor Franz Joseph]; and his audience with the King on 16 February and their talk together.
