Description

Ladies black broadcloth full length skirt with lower scooped back hemline, black ribbon layers form hemline, tucks run across the lower front and back of skirt, lace baubles hang from front tuck ends, side opening with hook and eye closing, worn by ladies when only boardwalks and mud paved the streets, hence the hems were quite dirty
