Royal Tour. Prince Henry The Duke of Gloucester during the Royal visit. Outside the Christchurch City Council Offices out of photograph to the left, Manchester Street, in 1934-1935. The tower of Trinity Congregational Church rises behind. The guard appears to be schoolboy cadets in shorts, carrying Lee Enfield .303 SMLE rifles. The cadets nearest the camera have the Christ's College pugaree on their lemon squeezers
