The small Hawke's Bay town of Wairoa is humming this week - after just one ticket won the Powerball first division in the weekend Lotto draw! The winning ticket was sold at New World Wairoa... and has left one lucky ticket holder 10 point 3 million dollars richer. Wairoa Mayor Craig Little told us it should cover a lifetime's supply at the town's famous bakery.
