This cookery book was the Mataura Play Centre in the early 1960s in support of its building fund. The sections include: Biscuits, cakes, drinks, fillings and spreads, jams, luncheon and tea dishes, meat dishes, pickles and chutneys, puddings, sauces and dressings, soups, supper savouries, sweets and miscellaneous.
