Pursuant to clause 4 of Schedule 22 to the Education and Training Act 2020 (“Act”), I hereby revoke the notice of an Alternative Constitution for the Board of Trustees of Kakatahi (2375), Whanganui District as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 July 2010, No. 76, page 2119. 2. The current board will remain in place until the day the elected board members take office following an election held in accordance with the Education (School Board) Elections 2022. 3
