A head and shoulders photograph of a young lady by the name of Mary Ann Knott (Molly) Pope. She is the daughter of John Taylor Stephen Pope and Elizabeth (nee Blackmore) Pope from Wairio. She was born in 1913 and married John Donald McKay from Riverton in around 1941. Don (as he was known) was born in 1915 and died on the 13th of November 1996 and is buried in the Riverton cemetery along with Molly, who died on the 5th of December 2004. The photo is from the estate of Kate Saunders collection
