Description

A postcard view of the Real Teatro Miramare theatre in Tripoli. It was the biggest theatre in Tripoli and was built in 1925 under the supervision of Italian architects. It was severly damaged during World War 2. It was demolished in the late 1960's Writing on the reverse side states '’The biggest theatre. Very nice inside. I saw the Kiwi Concert Party in there yesterday (28th Feb)” The above description was written by Jack Bickley
