Pursuant to section 100 of the Senior Courts Act 2016, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, in the name and on behalf of His Majesty The King, has been pleased to appoint Dani Lee Gardiner, Associate Judge of the High Court a Judge of the High Court commencing on 21 November 2024. Dated at Wellington this 23rd day of October 2024 JUDITH COLLINS kc, Attorney-General.
