Greet Grey in memory of his friends, the chiefs, Te Pukuatua, Te Amohau, Winiata, Te Ururangi, Korokai, Haerehuka. Express their great wish to see him and the reason for their invitation to him, to all Pakeha and Maori leaders in the land, as to enter into [the house] Tamatekapua, on 22 April at Rotorua. Note the invitation is also to come by word of mouth, from Hori Haupapa. Signed by Temuera Amohau and ‘all Ngati Whakaue’.
