A DigitalNZ Story by seanpaulk
In the early years of the 20th Century, local entrepreneur Chase Morris set up Wonderland in Revans St, just off Weka St. He used equipment he bought from the Christchurch exhibition. Wonderland lasted until 1911, when it was closed owing to lack of patronage.
